This session requires a stable chair, theraband and some balance to get you moving well.
This is a fast flowing all body routine which has some cardio curtseys at the end. Keep breathing – that is the key!
You will need a theraband for some of this routine. It will leave you feeling longer and leaner. There is a quick mental moves exercise at the end just for a bit of fun!
You will need a yoga block or something similar and some wall space that is an arm span in width. This session works on bone building, fascial work and some brain/body connections.
This session has it all – that whole body workout we all crave! I hope you feel invigorated by the end.

This routine is a good strong, all body workout. Everyone will get benefit from this class. The last 10 minutes has standing balance activities so have a stable chair nearby to hold, just in case!!
There are balance moves at the start then we get into a mat theraband workout that uses the whole body. You will feel great after this session and it may last for days!!
This is a quick fire core workout. You need to be strong and more advanced in your Pilates training to do some of the exercises. I even had a shocker on the last one!

This is a sitting Pilates inspired routine. There is spinal mobility, core activation and glute work. The last 10 mins includes standing balances and co- ordination movements. Please have a stable chair to work with.

This is a slower paced class focusing on correct movement patterns. It does involve a theraband and has plenty of Fascial stretching to make you feel energised. The last few minutes include a finger exercise that makes us all think!
This is a quick moving mat class which covers all body areas- it focuses on strength, mobility and correct technique.
Using a chair for support and a ball for throwing we have some moves to help us gain better awareness of our body in space. It will increase your leg strength to help with balance.
A strong workout with balance and strength work using both roller and theraband. Previous experience with both equipment required. We are not after perfection so just enjoy the challenges!

This is a fast moving class that gets your heart pumping! Equipment needed – a long theraband and a loop band if you have one but not essential.
Need a long foam roller. Suitable for all levels- modifications provided. Please have a stable surface near you for the balances at the end if required. Consistent paced.
