This is a routine focusing on working your core and coordinating different movements together. It moves at a steady pace and involves exercises that everyone can benefit from. In some cases we use a Theraband but it isn’t essential.

Our focus in these classes is on working the whole body and improving balance. They are not for beginners or those with injuries.
We are using hand weights to spice up a few moves and add variety to traditional exercises. Hint- don’t choose weights that might be too heavy!
Only using our body weight to create core strength. Quick but not a walk in the park!
Using hand weights and a Pilates ball. Movements will challenge your mobility, stability and coordination.
Want to feel like you have used your abs and worked your arms? This is the class for you!
This routine will lengthen and strengthen your whole body. You may feel a little jelly in the legs afterwards!
Nothing needed but a mat and 40mins! A quicker paced mat class which will allow you to treat yourself

We end with some wall squats and balance exercises. Have a laugh at yourself and enjoy the ride!

You will need a theraband for some of this routine. It will leave you feeling longer and leaner. There is a quick mental moves exercise at the end just for a bit of fun!

Using the theraband throughout the class for arm, core and legwork as well as a fancy shawl for back and side work. Short and sweet workout that uses the whole body.
Lots of glute work in standing and on the mat. A quick paced class which will have you working hard for the full 40 mins – includes a complimentary red face! Enjoy!
First half of the class is standing balance/strength exercises. A longer lighter theraband is preferable. Intermediate/ Advanced.
This class keeps you moving from start to finish.
Need a long foam roller. Suitable for all levels- modifications provided. Please have a stable surface near you for the balances at the end if required. Consistent paced.

Working the mind and body in this strengthening bone building Mat class. We have a small moving combination at the end focusing on balance, mind/body connections and mobility.
All you need is a mat and some energy to get through this steady flowing mat class.

This is an all standing session where we are concentrating on using our core and working on single leg balances. A chair or stable support is required to help you if you need it.
This class has it all. Balance work with the theraband, resistance training and mind/body combinations.
