We work the visual and vestibular systems as well as co-ordinating movements to get up and down off the floor. A little bit of everything to create a fusion of mat movements.
This is a quicker paced ball routine that has a few ‘fun’ moves in it which keeps your core working!

We are using small weights in the class as well as having a chair handy to keep us feeling safe.

This class works on good firing patterns to make your muscles work. Standing strength work to start followed by fun floorwork. A steady paced class with challenges for everyone.
Find muscles you generally don’t stretch and we will work them! You will feel longer, leaner and more flexible after this class.
Working the fascia for some good hip and back mobility. We work strength by using the theraband intermittently throughout the routine. A slower paced instructive class.
Hang onto your ball for this routine! A bit of everything- stretching, strengthening and challenging. What more could you ask for!
This routine plays with balance and making mind/body connections. It has 30mins floor routine and 6min balance/mental moves work at the end. An enjoyable workout that makes you feel strong.
In the session we use the Theraband to sculpt and tone all your muscle groups.
This is a faster paced, heart rate enhancing routine. Good short session that packs a punch!
This is a fast flowing all body routine which has some cardio curtseys at the end. Keep breathing – that is the key!
You will need a yoga block or something similar and some wall space that is an arm span in width. This session works on bone building, fascial work and some brain/body connections.

This is a tiring class! It has it all… advanced movements with little time to catch your breath. I hope you are as knackered as me by the end!
This class works at a measured pace with plenty of instructions about correct body placement. A full body workout with a combination of moves at the end to challenge your mind and body. Some hand weights or resistance is required for arm work.
Incorporating balance, arm strength and core stabilisation in this steady flow Theraband class.
Working on balance, bone building and general strength and mobility.
This is an all standing session where we are concentrating on using our core and working on single leg balances. A chair or stable support is required to help you if you need it.
Lots of glute work in standing and on the mat. A quick paced class which will have you working hard for the full 40 mins – includes a complimentary red face! Enjoy!
This class keeps you moving from start to finish.
This is a fast moving class that gets your heart pumping! Equipment needed – a long theraband and a loop band if you have one but not essential.
Need a long foam roller. Suitable for all levels- modifications provided. Please have a stable surface near you for the balances at the end if required. Consistent paced.
Bone building and balance Mat class with small hand jive sequence at the end.
This class has it all. Balance work with the theraband, resistance training and mind/body combinations.
