Using a towel we help to keep ourselves aligned and work with the chair to strengthen our body in a functional way.
Working the fascia for some good hip and back mobility. We work strength by using the theraband intermittently throughout the routine. A slower paced instructive class.
You will need a yoga block or something similar and some wall space that is an arm span in width. This session works on bone building, fascial work and some brain/body connections.
You will need a foam roller, 2 tennis balls or soft squishy balls and a theraband.
