This is a routine focusing on working your core and coordinating different movements together. It moves at a steady pace and involves exercises that everyone can benefit from. In some cases we use a Theraband but it isn’t essential.

If you are just starting your day, in the middle or winding down this is the video for you! It is a stretching mobility class designed to make you feel good.
This routine combines strength exercises with stretching exercises where they all flow together.

We are using hand weights to spice up a few moves and add variety to traditional exercises. Hint- don’t choose weights that might be too heavy!
Grab two tennis balls and let’s see how different your body is from one side to the other.

We have covered a lot of animals in this session – 13 I think! A trip through the animal kingdom focusing on strength, balance and mobility. Everything a good animal mover should be!
Using hand weights and a Pilates ball. Movements will challenge your mobility, stability and coordination.
We work the visual and vestibular systems as well as co-ordinating movements to get up and down off the floor. A little bit of everything to create a fusion of mat movements.
This is a quicker paced ball routine that has a few ‘fun’ moves in it which keeps your core working!

Helping fire up our cerebellum by working on our balance and vestibular system. Try some balance drills and then complete the reset for the vestibular system and see if it is any better? A bit like magic really!!
Playing games to help stimulate the cerebellum and help our co-ordination.
Accuracy relates to the proprioceptive awareness of where our body is in space. I have provided you with some drills to help your proprioception but it is helpful to have a partner to help you with them as it is hard to do by yourself! Please also set up the finger tapping exercise on the other side shutting the other eye.
A lovely stretch class which flows from one stretch to the next. It will move your whole body and you will feel lengthened and opened up by then end.
Want to feel like you have used your abs and worked your arms? This is the class for you!
This routine will lengthen and strengthen your whole body. You may feel a little jelly in the legs afterwards!
This class flows with lots of interesting movements. Come on and let’s play!
We are standing for most of this routine and working specifically with functional movements, balance, vision and the vestibular system. A class to do more than once!
We are using small weights in the class as well as having a chair handy to keep us feeling safe.

Using a chair, theraband and our own body weight this is a fun routine that works it all.
We don’t use our eyes enough. In this class we are working on your eye abs! Using our eyes to help with our movements. It is weird and quirky and will need practise. Give it a go and challenge yourself!
Prepare to stretch and move your body in ways that it isn’t used to! Each stretch flows into the next. Make sure you have a bit of space around you so you don’t run into any furniture.
Nothing needed but a mat and 40mins! A quicker paced mat class which will allow you to treat yourself
Working our bodies for strength and mobility whilst using our eyes to help our body stabilise. A fun peripheral vision activity which also assesses our balance is in the last 8 minutes of this class. Enjoy!

Grab a set of weights that you can hold up for the duration of this session. Of course we work all body areas… just the arms a little more!
Grab a small towel and we are working on our vestibular/balance system. There are some coordination/agility movements also thrown in for maximum benefit.
The Circle definitely shows who is boss in a few of these exercises!
We end with some wall squats and balance exercises. Have a laugh at yourself and enjoy the ride!

The Magic Circle helps to gain a better connection between your mind and body. This is a consistently paced class which has familiar exercises given a boost with the circle. Enjoy!
