We are using hand weights to spice up a few moves and add variety to traditional exercises. Hint- don’t choose weights that might be too heavy!

Our focus in these classes is on working the whole body and improving balance. They are not for beginners or those with injuries.
Want to feel like you have used your abs and worked your arms? This is the class for you!
Grab a set of weights that you can hold up for the duration of this session. Of course we work all body areas… just the arms a little more!
Find muscles you generally don’t stretch and we will work them! You will feel longer, leaner and more flexible after this class.
In the session we use the Theraband to sculpt and tone all your muscle groups.
You will need a foam roller, 2 tennis balls or soft squishy balls and a theraband.

This class keeps you moving from start to finish.
Need a long foam roller. Suitable for all levels- modifications provided. Please have a stable surface near you for the balances at the end if required. Consistent paced.
This is a tiring class! It has it all… advanced movements with little time to catch your breath. I hope you are as knackered as me by the end!
