We have covered a lot of animals in this session – 13 I think! A trip through the animal kingdom focusing on strength, balance and mobility. Everything a good animal mover should be!

Grab a set of weights that you can hold up for the duration of this session. Of course we work all body areas… just the arms a little more!
Using a towel we help to keep ourselves aligned and work with the chair to strengthen our body in a functional way.
This class works on good firing patterns to make your muscles work. Standing strength work to start followed by fun floorwork. A steady paced class with challenges for everyone.
Working the fascia for some good hip and back mobility. We work strength by using the theraband intermittently throughout the routine. A slower paced instructive class.
You will need a yoga block or something similar and some wall space that is an arm span in width. This session works on bone building, fascial work and some brain/body connections.
You will need a foam roller, 2 tennis balls or soft squishy balls and a theraband.

This is an all standing session where we are concentrating on using our core and working on single leg balances. A chair or stable support is required to help you if you need it.
