Risk Warning: Exercise in general and in particular , performing the pilates classes and moves on this website have an inherent risk of personal injury and you undertake such physical activity at the risk of such injury. Examples of the inherent risks of pilates include:-
(a) injury to muscles, ligaments, bones, etc;
(b) consequences of exertion such as fatigue, heart attack, etc; and
(c) consequential death, immobility, pain, etc due to injury suffered,
and should not undertake our classes if you do not accept this risk of injury.
We are not medical professionals and do not have direct access to you for the purpose of evaluating your fitness and health. Therefore, we cannot assess your physical capability to participate in pilates and:-
(a) strongly advise you to and to continue to, obtain independent medical advice prior to undertaking the classes on this website; and
(b) warn you of the above risk of undertaking the classes on this website and bring to your attention the consequential loss you may suffer if you are injured, such as medical costs for treating injuries, loss of income due to inability to work, expenses due to no being able perform tasks yourself, etc.

Re:Align @ Home’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is designed to provide you with high quality video of Pilates based Mat workouts. These include strength/cardio routines, foundational and functional moves, balance combinations and mind/body connection sequences called Mental Moves. This Website is not for people under eighteen (18) years of age. The Website is owned by Re:Align @ Home.
This is a Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Re:Align @ Home and contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies and obligations. By Your Use of the Website, you: (a) acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (b) agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations with respect to Your Use of the Website; and (c) represent you are an adult at least eighteen (18 ) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in the jurisdiction where you reside.

- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription to use the Website. This can occur at any time, for any or no reason and, at our discretion. This may be due to but not limited to any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) upon request by law enforcement; (c) to unforeseen security or technical issues; (d) prolonged periods of inactivity; or (e) any activity we deem harmful to our business interests or Website.
- Upon termination of your Subscription on the Website, your right to access any content within the subscribed portion of the Website will cease immediately. You agree that we can terminate your subscription and we will not be made liable to you or any third party for this termination or suspension.
- d. No Sharing Account Information.
You agree that you will not share your username and password with others. Overuse of the Website may be assumed by Re:Align @ Home to be fraudulent and your account will immediately be cancelled without a refund.
e. You May Use Only One 7 Day Trial.
One free 7 day trial is permitted per person. Re:Align @ Home will terminate without refund immediately any account or user that attempts to use more than one free promotional period. You may not re-active your account to gain a second free trial. If you do, Re:Align @ Home will block your access to the Website.
f. Reactivation.
If you voluntarily terminate your Account, you may reactivate it through the Account interface on the Website.

Re:Align @ Home is not a medical organisation and staff cannot give you medical advice. Suggestions made and instructions given are not in any way to be taken as medical advice.
You do not have to perform all the exercises whilst viewing the Re:Align @ Home videos. You are required to judge your own capabilities to perform the exercises in the videos and to stay within your range of fitness, this includes choosing the correct level of classes to suit you, your body and mental abilities.
Limitation on Liability
To the greatest extent allowed by law, in no event shall Re:Align @ Home, or any of its affiliates, be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from any (1) personal injury or property damage resulting in your subscription to the Website (2) mistakes of content (3) problems with the transmission to/from the Website (4) any unauthorised access of Re:Align @ Home’s secure servers and/or any personal/ financial information stored (5) any virus or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Website by any third party, and/or (6) You acknowledge that Re:Align @ Home shall not be liable for content posted by its users, or defamatory or illegal conduct of any third party. Any reference to a person, product, or service on this Website does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Re:Align @ Home or any of its affiliates.
